I. PURPOSE
Use this dashboard for daily operational monitoring and process optimization by:
Tracking the average time it takes to ship an order.
Analyzing the distribution of fulfillment times to identify delays.
Monitoring fulfillment accuracy on a per-Account basis.
Ensuring operational targets and customer expectations are being met.

II. COMPONENTS
Key components:

A. Embedded Filters: Filter by Fulfillment Center, Date Range, or a combination.
B. Summary: Displays Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the selected fulfillment center. This section includes:
Average Fulfillment Time (hr): The average time (in hours) between an order's creation date and its 'Shipped' status date.
Percentage Shipments vs Total Shipments: The number of shipments from the selected fulfillment center, shown as a percentage of all shipments from all fulfillment centers in the organization.
C. Fulfillment Speed Analysis: A series of charts dedicated to the speed of processing. This section includes:
Avg. Fulfillment Time (hr) by Account: The average fulfillment time (in hours) grouped by account.
Fulfillment Time Distribution: A count of orders grouped by the number of days taken to fulfill.
Fulfillment Time Distribution by Account: The same fulfillment time distribution, but also segmented by account.
D. Fulfillment Accuracy Analysis: A bar chart displaying the Fulfillment Accuracy Rate (%) by Account, which measures the percentage of orders "Shipped" correctly versus the total orders ("Shipped" plus "Short Shipped") for each account.
