The Organizational Insight dashboard provides a holistic view of your operations, focusing on key performance indicators across different Accounts and Fulfillment centers. I. PURPOSE



You can use this dashboard for high-level strategic analysis and performance comparison by:

  • Monitoring key business metrics across the entire organization.
  • Comparing fulfillment efficiency between different fulfillment centers and accounts.
  • Analyzing backorder trends to identify recurring issues.

II. COMPONENTS



Key components:



A. Embedded Filters: Filter by Account Name, Fulfillment Center, Date Range, or a combination.


B. SummaryDisplays Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the organization. This section includes:

  • Average Order Value: The total revenue (subtotal) divided by the total number of orders (excluding Draft or Canceled statuses).

  • Cost of Shipment vs Value of Order: The total shipping cost (order charge) divided by the total revenue (subtotal).

  • Average Fulfillment Time: The average time (in hours) between an order's creation date and its 'Shipped' status date.

  • Order Accuracy Rate: The percentage of orders with a "Shipped" status compared to the total orders (those "Shipped" plus "Short Shipped").


C. Account Value and Accuracy: Visualizations focused on Account-specific metrics. This section includes:

  • Average Order Value by Account: The total revenue (subtotal) divided by the total number of orders (excluding Draft/Canceled) for each specific account.

  • Order Accuracy Rate by Account: The percentage of 'Shipped' orders compared to the total ('Shipped' + 'Short Shipped') for each specific account.


D. Fulfillment PerformanceA set of charts focused on fulfillment speed. This section includes:

  • Average Fulfillment Time by Account: The average fulfillment time (in hours) grouped by account.

  • Avg. Fulfillment Time (hr) by Fulfillment Center: The average fulfillment time (in hours) grouped by fulfillment center.

  • Fulfillment Time Distribution: A count of orders grouped by the number of days taken to fulfill.

  • Fulfillment Time Distribution by Account: The same fulfillment time distribution, but also segmented by account.


E. Backorder Analysis: Provides insights into backordered items. This section includes:

  • Backorder Order Lines %: The percentage of total order lines that currently have a 'Backorder' status.

  • Backorder Order Lines ($): The total revenue (subtotal) of all order lines that currently have a 'Backorder' status.

  • Top-25 Backorder Items Last Month: A table of SKUs ranked by the highest quantity on backorder, based on orders from the previous full month.

  • Top-25 Backorder Items Last 3 Months: A table of items ranked by backorder status, based on orders from the last three months (including the current month).
