When setting up your Accounts, you can configure Carrier and Services mappings for them to be available when working with Fulfillment and Sales channels.
This article describes the process to configure both. These are separate processes, which will be presented in different sections.
To do so, you will have to:
CREATING THE CARRIER
1. Click Carriers under Admin Settings
2. Click Create to begin creating a new one
3. Define the fields accordingly:
- Name: Visible Name for the Carrier
- Code: Code which will be used to reference it
- Shipment Type: Select the shipment type handled by the Carrier (Small Parcel/LTL)
- Tracking URL Template: Select/define a Tracking URL Template when applicable
4. Press Save to complete the action
MAPPING THE SERVICE
1. Click Carriers under Admin Settings
2. Click the Services Link on the row of the Carrier you want to add the Service under
3. Click the Add button
4. Complete the fields accordingly and Save
- Name: Visible Name for the Service
- Code: Code which will be used to reference it
5. Press Save to complete the process
