As events are recorded by techOMS for Sales and Fulfillment Channels and their entities, Errors and Messages are generated.
This article describes the types available:
MESSAGE TYPE ALERTS | |
TYPE | DESCRIPTION |
Info | This is the default alert, indicating that everything is running as expected |
Warning | techOMS offers the ability to constitute carrier and service level codes related issues (missing codes, mapping, etc.), as a warning rather than an error; This allows the user to be notified about the issue without stopping the process |
Error | Typically, an error alert indicates that a critical piece of information is missing, such as a SKU, product variant, carrier/service, etc. or it could also be related to connectivity with a channel; The error message will describe the reason so that appropriate corrective action can be taken, and this type of message stops the process |
Fatal | Any unexpected/unhandled error, which could include timeout errors that will be processed again using techOMS's retry policy; If the error message is not clear, you may contact Techdinamics Support for additional details |
