techOMS Event and Message Types [Information]

As events are recorded by techOMS for Sales and Fulfillment Channels and their entities, Errors and Messages are generated.


This article describes the types available:


MESSAGE TYPE ALERTS
TYPE
DESCRIPTION
Info
This is the default alert, indicating that everything is running as expected
Warning
techOMS offers the ability to constitute carrier and service level codes related issues (missing codes, mapping, etc.), as a warning rather than an error;
This allows the user to be notified about the issue without stopping the process
Error
Typically, an error alert indicates that a critical piece of information is missing, such as a SKU, product variant, carrier/service, etc. or it could also be related to connectivity with a channel; The error message will describe the reason so that appropriate corrective action can be taken, and this type of message stops the process
Fatal
Any unexpected/unhandled error, which could include timeout errors that will be processed again using techOMS's retry policy; If the error message is not clear, you may contact Techdinamics Support for additional details
