TERM DEFINITIONS AND BASIC DETAILS
As part of the setup, there are three key terms that you will come across: Organization, Account and Warehouse. Let's review these definitions from an operational perspective:
- Organization: Structure under which warehouses, accounts, users and account users are defined.
- Account: Warehouse customer or seller; if your organization is the seller, it may be the same name as the Organization, or a division of it.
- (Organization) Users: Users that have access at the Organization level
- Account Users: Users that have access under a specific Account, meaning in practice, limited access to the data of that account (customer/client/seller) only
