To connect to a Vendor's system, you will have to create a Sales Channel connection.
Once the connection has been established between the system and techOMS, you will be able to import Sales Orders, as well as synchronizing products, receive Sales Orders updates and stock updates.
To create a Sales Channel you will have to:
1. Click Channels under Sales Channels
2. Click Create to deploy the fields for creation
3. Complete the fields accordingly
- Application: System to which you will be connecting (WooCommerce, Shopify, etc)
- Name: Sales Channel's name
- Host: Vendor system's URL (e.g. http://woocommerce.your.url.io)
4. Press Save to apply the changes
