To connect Amazon, you will have to, first, create the Channel Account, and then, set up the account connection as such.
Once the connection has been established between the system and techOMS, you will be able to push and update Sales Orders, get stock updates and synchronize inventory.
The process consists in two phases:
1) Create the channel from Amazon
2) Configure additional parameters from techOMS
NOTE: Make sure that you are operating at the right Vendor/Warehouse beforehand.
NOTE: Make sure that the Account has been properly created prior to setting up the Account. If you haven't set it up yet, do so as indicated in How to Add Accounts to an Organization [Step-by-step guide].
To complete the first phase follow the steps below:
CREATE CHANNEL FROM AMAZON
To create the Sales Channel you will have to:
1. Access Amazon Seller Central
2. Click Apps and Services
3. Select Selling Partner Appstore
4. Search for techOMS using the Appstore search bar
5. Select techOMS from the results
6. Press Install
Once you have added it, you will be redirected to techOMS automatically, completing this phase.
Continue the process handling the second phase in techOMS as detailed below:
CONFIGURE ADDITIONAL PARAMETERS IN TECHOMS
1. Select Channels under Sales Channels
2. Click the channel Name in question to access it
3. In the Main Settings section, modify the Channel Name so it can be properly identified afterwards
4. Press Save to confirm the action the process
5. Click Advanced Settings to view the additional parameters options
6. Configure additional elements as detailed in How to manage Sales Channels Advanced settings [Step-by-Step guide]
NOTE: Take into account you can specify other options as well if needed.

- Carrier Mappings: Allows to review and set Carrier name mappings between the Sales Channel connection and techOMS as detailed here: How to map Carriers in a Sales Channel [Step-by-step guide]

7. Press Save to apply the changes
