When importing orders, this error is caused because the file type used and/or the spreadsheet name or format is incorrect.
When importing files via upload to techShip, the files need to comply with a few specific elements:
- The file type is XLSX - other types (CSV, TXT, etc) are not supported
- The Sheet name is Import Orders - other names or cases will fail
- The column names were not altered
If the file you're trying to import does not comply on any of those points, please correct them and try to import again.
