Failed to Fast Import: Batch not found or no orders [Solution]

When importing orders, you might come across the "Failed to Fast Import: Batch not found or no orders" error.



This error is shown when by the reference you're trying to import your order(s) (may it be Batch, Reference or Pick Order number) there is not a record in your WMS or system. 


To solve this issue:


1. Verify that there are no typos in the reference number

2. Make sure the order is available in your WMS for the facility you're connected to


3. Change the reference to a different one, you might have picked an incorrect option
