Once the scheduled deletion is executed, all data will be lost. Use this option with caution.

This action requires account management permissions. Refer to techOMS User permissions structure [Information] to verify your permissions.

NOTE: Once you confirm the deletion of an account, you have 30 days to undo it. If you plan to do this, we strongly encourage you to use the Disable Account feature instead. This will allow you to temporarily pause all operations without scheduling the account for deletion. To learn more, please refer to: How to Disable Accounts of an Organization [Step-by-step guide].

To delete an account:

1. Deselect any currently selected account.

2. Click Organizations from the left menu under the System Configuration section.

3. Press View for the desired organization.

4. Press Edit for the desired account.

5. Press Delete.

6. Press OK.

As a result, the account is immediately disabled and scheduled for deletion in the next 30 days. You can review the scheduled deletion date in the deletion status banner and on the Account's Main tab.

Once the deletion is executed, all data will be lost.

All the remaining accounts within the organization will remain unaffected.

To undo this, refer to How to Restore a Deleted Account of an Organization [Step-by-step guide].
