You can delete an account within an organization to permanently stop all its operations and delete all its data.

- Disable the account (for more details on its effects, refer to: How to Disable Accounts of an Organization [Step-by-step guide]).
- Schedule the deletion of all its data in 30 days.
Once the scheduled deletion is executed, all data will be lost. Use this option with caution.
This action requires account management permissions. Refer to techOMS User permissions structure [Information] to verify your permissions.

To delete an account:
1. Deselect any currently selected account.
2. Click Organizations from the left menu under the System Configuration section.
3. Press Edit for the desired organization.
4. Press Delete for the desired account.
5. Press OK.
As a result, the account is immediately disabled and scheduled for deletion in the next 30 days. Once the deletion is executed, all data will be lost. Its status updates to Deletion Pending, and the disablement and deletion dates appear in the Disablement Effective Date and Deletion Effective Date columns of the corresponding organization.
All other accounts within the organization will remain unaffected.
