Viewing tracking details allows you to monitor the location of goods, enhance customer satisfaction, resolve shipment issues, and ensure regulatory compliance.
This guide covers the three methods to locate and view shipment details in techTRACK.

I. LOCATING THE TRACKING RECORD
i. Using the Header Search Bar
If you already have the specific tracking number, this is the fastest method:
1. Enter the tracking number in the header search bar.
2. Click the search icon or press enter.

ii. Using the Homepage Search Bar
Alternatively, you can use the main search field on the techTRACK homepage:
1. Click Home from left menu.
2. Enter the tracking number in the search bar.
3. Click the search icon or press enter.

iii. Using the Tracking List
If you do not have the tracking number handy, you can find the shipment manually in the Trackings list.:
1. Click Trackings from the left menu under the Track section.
2. Find the desired shipment.
3. Click the tracking number.

II. VIEWING THE RESULTS
Once you select a shipment, the system displays the full tracking details, including status, history, and timestamps.
NOTE: The Created on date field is only visible to users who are currently logged in to techTRACK. If you share this tracking link with a user who is not logged in (guest), this specific field will be hidden.
