The Performance Dashboard, accessible through Track > Performance Dashboard allows you to review and quickly access problematic or potentially problematic issues, which are Late and Failed Deliveries, as well as Late Inductions.
These, are also available at the Main Dashboard, and clicking them there will also lead to accessing the Performance Dashboard.
These statistics reflect only the trackings taken by the carrier, complying with the following details:
- They were manifested in techSHIP, thus, transferred to techTRACK
- Where Induction Date (Pickup Date) is not empty and not null, meaning that the carrier reported activity on it and it was properly stored in techTRACK
- This date is filled during monitoring, meaning that there is connectivity between techTRACK and the Carriers
