When integrating your Camelot instance, Techdinamics will require the following information:
- API URL and keys (usually provided by Camelot implementation team)
- Interface Profile codes for Import and Export (usually provided by Camelot implementation team). Should be unique per warehouse's client.
- Customer ID(s)
- Single SKU mapping list (if needed)
- Single Carrier mapping list (if needed)
Known Issues
1.) Shipment download by Status
We can extract by status (Use status Posted) only once. if we need extract again, the customer should uncheck the "Data Interface Gen" field.
2.) Camelot system is case-insensitive
For shipment and inventory transactions we always receive SKU code in uppercase which may lead to improper inventory update. SKU list is required for all new customers connecting to Camelot warehouse.
