Camelot - Onboarding Requirements [Information]

When onboarding/adding a new Camelot portal the following information needs to be provided and verified:


The following fields are available in Location Settings, under the Host System tab, with Host System Plugin set to Camelot.




TO BE PROVIDED


- Use OAuth authentication: Enable to use OAuth credentials. Leave unchecked to use Basic/NTLM authentication with a username and password.

- Camelot username: Required for either authentication method.

- Camelot password: Required when Use OAuth authentication is unchecked.


When Use OAuth authentication is enabled, the following required fields appear in place of Camelot password, in this order:



- Camelot OAuth application (client) ID

- Camelot OAuth tenant ID

- Camelot OAuth client secret


The remaining connection fields appear below the authentication credentials:


- Camelot service url: Required for either authentication method.

- Use proxy: Required when they have a firewall on the client's end (we give them our proxy address)

- Camelot client (optional)

- Camelot batch client (consult the value with Camelot staff if applicable)

- Camelot trading partner (consult the value with Camelot staff)

- Camelot interface profile EXP

- Camelot batch interface profile EXP

- Camelot interface profile IMP


Consult the interface profile values with Camelot staff; they are typically required but could be optional.


ADDITIONAL ELEMENTS (OPTIONAL) 


- Camelot WMS service endpoint configuration name

- Pre-tax shipping charge on update

- Use UpdateShipmentPackageInfo endpoint (if enabled, it updates the package information)


WARNING: If you use Rate Shopping, UpdateShipmentPackageInfo Endpoint must be enabled if you need the Carrier to be updated back. If it's not checked, techSHIP calls SetOrderTrackingInfo which supports only tracking and cost update. 


- Wms trace (for Support/Tracing/Testing purposes)

- Camelot weight UOM: Allows to select the UOM the portal will use to exchange this information with Camelot

- Flex Field Mapping: Allows to bind custom fields additional to the standard plugin bindings
