When processing an order, you might run into the "SKU weight information is required for international shipments" error.
This error relates to the Carrier requiring the Weight at the SKU level, and this information not flowing properly from 3PL Central towards techShip.
WARNING: Enabling this option will not apply the changes retroactively. Once enabled, if you have previously imported orders, you will have to delete and reimport them.
To solve this issue you will have to:
1. Delete the order from techShip
2. Change the Client settings as described here: Import Wms SKU Weight [Step-by-Step guide]
3. Reimport the order and process
