When processing orders you might come across the "DHLEXPRESSMYDHL - failed to generate label: #/content/exportDeclaration/lineItems/0/weight: required key [netValue] not found" error.
This message is shown when line items within an order are required for shipping but do not have weights.
WARNING: This solution relies on the weight coming from the WMS and might not be supported by all systems. An alternative, if the stops described in this article are not applicable, is using Item control in techSHIP as described in How to use Items for Cartonization [Step-by-step guide][Information]
Feel free to follow this video guide, or the step-by-step procedure below.
To solve this issue you will have to:
1. Access Clients under the Maintenance menu
2. Click on the client related to the case
3. Check Import WMS SKU Weight to have techSHIP use the weight from the SKUs as stored in the WMS
4. Press Save to apply the changes
