When processing DHL Global Mail orders using Rate Keys, if the Rate Keys are incorrect or not used, you might get null or zero value rates:
To avoid this issue and show an error message whenever this happens, you can enable the Validate Price option in the Client and Billing Account profile:
Enabling this option will now check if the charges returned by DHL are zero or null, and show an error message instead.
This will help you detect if there are issues with your DHL Rates keys. If so, please reach DHL support for advice on activation or correction of your keys.
If you are provided with a new set of keys, reach techShip support for our team to update them on your baseline profile.
