When setting up a Will Call Label, the Techdinamics staff in charge of developing and designing it will leave a profile set up and ready in your portal, so no steps are required for the first setup.
Nevertheless, if you need to replicate the setup on a different portal (techSHIP MultiSite only), you can clone the setup from the original portal to any other as described below:
If the Carrier baseline account has already been set up and you intend to add a new Billing Account, refer to: How to add and set up a Will Call label Billing Account [Step-by-Step guide]
CARRIER SECTION
1. Access Maintenance and select Carriers
2. Click the Custom Label profile you'll clone the account from
3. Click the Accounts tab
4. Click Copy
5. Select the Target Portal
6. Select the Target Carrier (where the account will be cloned under)
7. Press Save to confirm
