10400 Invalid Refresh Token [Solution]

While attempting to process an order you may come across the Invalid response received: {"response":{"errors":[{"code":"10400","message":"Invalid Refresh Token"}]}} error message.


This error message is displayed when the access token has been revoked on UPS's end, and requires you to re-register your credentials.


To correct this, you will have to:



1. Access Maintenance and select Carriers


2. Click the UPS Carrier under which the account was registered


3. Click the Accounts tab


4. Click Edit account



5. Select the Carrier tab


6. Click Register to have techSHIP re-register your key
