When importing invoices, you will need to select the files you will push into techAUDIT.
To select them, you will need to download them from ATS Healthcare first.
NOTE: There could be slight differences between the steps described in this article and ATS's procedure should ATS change its current workflow to provide invoices.
Different from the process you have to follow with other carriers, you need to request ATS Healthcare to provide you with the file.
When you sign up for ATS Healthcare services, you will receive, by default a PDF and/or CSV invoice file.
Upon request, your ATS Healthcare agent can set you receive an XLSX (Excel) file as well, and is the one you will use to upload into techAUDIT for analysis.
