When maintaining your techTMS environment, you can Download Outbound Manifests if these fail to send.
NOTE: Make sure that you are operating under the right environment beforehand.
To do it, you will have to:
1. Click Manifests to deploy the options list and select Outbound
2. Click Issues on the row of the Manifest you wish to download
3. Press OK to confirm the action
