When importing invoices, you must select the files to upload into techAUDIT. These files must first be downloaded from UPS. This process explains how to obtain invoices from the UPS Billing portal.
NOTE: UPS may update its invoice download procedure, so minor differences may exist between this article and the current UPS workflow. For UPS Mail Innovations (UPS MI), ensure that service is selected. The remainder of the procedure is the same.To download the invoices you will have to:
1. Go to https://billing.ups.com/ and log in with your UPS credentials
2. Select Invoices from the menu
3. Select the invoice(s) you wish to download
4. Click Download selected invoices

5. Select "CSV: Full (250 Columns)", which is the supported format by techAUDIT
6. Press Download to complete the process

Once ready, UPS will download either:
- A CSV file (if you selected a single invoice)
- A ZIP file (if you selected more than one invoice); in this case, unzip the file to get the usable importable files
