When onboarding/adding a new Manitoulin account the following information needs to be provided and verified:
TO BE PROVIDED
- Username
- Token
- Access number
- Account company
- Contact name, Contact phone, and Contact email
- Sender address information
- For Dangerous Goods shipments: Emergency contact name, Emergency contact phone, and Shipper name for TDG declaration
TO BE VERIFIED
1. Confirm that the Username, Token, Access number, and Account company have been provided and validated for the Manitoulin account.
2. For Dangerous Goods shipments, confirm that the emergency contact and TDG declaration information is available before configuring the Client Billing Account.
WARNING: Any missing or non-validated, incorrect setup or information will delay the setup process.
