When processing orders you might come across the "Operation returned an invalid status code 'InternalServerError' {"status":"error","error_code":"meter.missing_meter_auth_params","error_message":"{\"errors\":[\"Invalid shipment weight or dims for service or invalid rate configuration (no meter amount)\"]}"} Operation returned an invalid status code 'InternalServerError'" error.
This error is shown when either:
A) The dimensions of the package you're trying to ship are not compatible with the Service Level you have chosen for the order
To solve this issue you can resort to either:
- Correcting the weights and dimensions of your order as detailed here
- Changing the Service Level of your order as detailed here
B) The meter doesn't have sufficient funds
If that is the case, access your Carrier portal and load funds, or reach the Carrier support for help.
