When processing an order, you might run into the "VALIDATION_ERROR:packagedetails:This Product is DDU only and does not offer prepaid Duties & Taxes (DDP)" error.
This error relates to either:
- A misconfiguration of the Billing Account of the Client you're trying to process the order for
- The service selected to process the order does not offer Prepaid Duties and Taxes
To solve this issue, depending on the case you will have to:
- If this applies to all the orders, change the Duties Payment setup to NO in the Billing Account profile, as detailed here: VALIDATION_ERROR : packagedetails : Please indicate Y/N if duties have been paid [Solution]
