When processing an order, you might come across the “6519 – SpecialServicesRequested codDetail - COD not allowed for service type” error.
This occurs when a Service Code that does not support COD is chosen for an order that requires COD.

To solve this issue:
NOTE: Make sure your order is not processed to be able to edit it. If it’s already processed, you will have to void it first.
- Edit the order related to the issue
- Select the Carrier Options tab
- Choose a service code that supports COD for the carrier which is being used to ship the order under the Service Code dropdown
- Press Save to commit the changes
Once done, you’ll be able to Process or Process & Print the order.
